Cantilever Rack                            

Cantilever racks offer perfect storage for long or very large products (tubing, plywood, lumber, sheet metal, etc). Cantilever racking is made up of arms fastened to a beam on one end. These structural arms can be set up to accommodate different products and lengths, and the aisle side provides free access to lift trucks.

Carton Flow

Carton flow rack consists of sloped shelving with a roller system, allowing for better product flow and greater lane flexibility. Boxes are added from the high side access and move down from the high end of the shelves toward the lower end as inventory is depleted. This category of equipment is oftentimes used by food and beverage facilities to consolidate lower turning SKUs.

Drive In Rack

Drive-in racking is a high density industrial racking layout with overhead cross beams that drives efficiencies in productivity and warehouse space. Pallets are upheld by rails anchored to the uprights. Lift trucks are allowed to easily drive in and out of each pallet bay column. Numerous industries employ drive-in racking, in particular those with large volumes of identical items.

Some examples of uses for drive-in pallet racking are grocery, food service, food manufacturing, import/export, bulk product handling, and paint.

Because these types of racks are filled from the face, management of inventory is in a "first-in/last-out" order.

Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet flow racks are structures with slanted platforms, faced with skate-wheels or roller conveyors. Pallets are filled from a channel on the backside of the racking framework and they slide down the declining platform as previously filled pallets are unloaded from the front.

This category of storage rack is a "first in / first out" approach and is ideal for a large stock of heavy inventory and varying dimensions of pallets. They are often put to use in the beverage industry.

Push Back Rack

Push back rack systems are high density configurations that use warehouse space efficiently, supporting up to 3,000 pounds in two to six foot deep channels. All pallets are added and retrieved from the front of the equipment, permitting very dense storage within your warehouse.

Push back racks are a "last in/first out" category of system. As new products are desposited in the front, the products behind travel up an incline via carts on steel tracks. The reverse happens as products are removed.

Selective Rack

Selective racks are the most popular pallet racks available today, and there is a huge variety of possible gauges, sizes and types. They are made with either structural or roll formed steel beams and uprights that are attached with teardrop connectors or bolts. We offer both standard single deep and double deep selective pallet racks.

Depending on your load capacity and application, you may also wish to select different styles of pallet rack decking and accessories. Pick from standard wire decking, solid steel or slotted/perforated steel depending on your specific use.

Boltless Shelving

Besides pallet racking, we offer a full line of boltless shelving in light, medium and heavy duty choices. This style of shelves is perfect for light industrial or shop use, shipping operations, paper records, parts and many other purposes that need lighter weight support.

You can order decks as standard particle board, solid metal or wire decking. No nuts, bolts or additional small parts are required for setting up this product, so installation is a simple project. Add accessories like side panels, work tables, post caps, tie plates or footplates.
