The Kardex Remstar Lektriever vertical carousel is engineered to keep things at your fingertips while maximizing space, heightening security and enhancing accessibility.

The Lektriever vertical carousel is a series of vertically situated rotating shelves, or carriers, managed by an electronic keypad. When a button is pushed the carousel rotates and offers the chosen object to the user at an ergonomic task counter. An adaptable and reliable solution that maximizes space, boosts security and improves ergonomics, Kardex Remstar's vertical carousel is the ideal choice for facilities that are looking to save time and money.

Presenting stored items and documents to a user reduces retrieval time by 200-300% when compared to ordinary file drawers or racks. Faster retrieval of objects and essential records enables users to spend more time on value-added tasks, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

A wide range of bin configurations give the Lektriever vertical carousel unparalleled adaptability. Carriers can be selected to match your precise use and can be easily modified down the road as your business changes. Carrier choices include:

The vertical carousel uses very little space and delivers expanded capacity in contrast to file cabinets and racking. The Lektriever vertical carousel offers an included lockable door enabling the unit to be completely closed and locked with a key. Individual carriers can be equipped with lockable doors requiring a key to access items within that particular section.

For maximum security the carousel may be furnished with an automatic security door that is continually closed until utilized, keeping classified items and files locked in a closed case.

With an OSHA friendly design, Kardex Remstar's Lektriever presents stored items to an ergonomically positioned, illuminated counter. To enhance operator ergonomics and productivity, an optional movable work surface can move from a standing posture of 39.37 inches to a sitting position of 29.5 inches, or any position in between for peak employee comfort and ADA conformance.

For constrained spaces the Lektriever vertical carousel is available with no work surface or a foldable work surface can be provided.

For user safety, each Lektriever is furnished with a light curtain. If the light curtain is interrupted while the unit is in motion it will stop immediately. Aside from filing, standard Lektriever applications include:
